Typically, we look for companies operating in industries that have seen significant growth and are expected to continue growing in the coming years.

We look for companies that are either protected by extensive patent coverage across international markets or, for those where patents are not feasible, we look for businesses that have clearly identified their defensibility within the market.

There must be a thorough business plan and 3-5 year financial forecast in place. We also look for companies that have given consideration to a potential route to exit in order to provide investors with significant potential returns.

We look for businesses that have a clear route to market and a strong brand relative to the industry they’re in and the nature of the business model (e.g. B2B vs B2C) with a firm understanding of their end-customer.

We look for businesses that are either revenue generating or on the cusp of commercialisation. We want to see what they have achieved on limited resources.
